Informatics uses Frappe ERP for a variety of processes. Below are the business processes implemented across multiple modules:

Key Objectives:

  • CRM Flow starts with the Opportunity DocType, followed by creating interactions. These are reviewed via a Daily Interactions Report.
  • A Sales Quotation is created against the Opportunity, followed by the creation of Sales Orders.
  • From the Sales Order, a sequence of transactions is triggered:
    • RFQ
    • Purchase Order
    • Purchase Receipt
    • Purchase Invoice
    • Delivery Notes
    • Sales Invoice
  • Opportunity is mandatory for creating Quotations and Sales Orders.
  • The system uses custom fields across various documents such as Opportunity, Sales Order, and Sales Invoice.
